Default AdminCP administration
One of the problems of the vBulletin AdminCP is that hacks can add items to the AdminCP panel and it becames cluttered.

There is a way to order it? In the graveyard there is one hack for 3.8 and perhaps it's not needed and all can be done easily editing some templates. Anyone could help me?
