vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Blog settings not same for all users

My moderators who are bloggers have more customization options for their blogs but my members do not. Why is this? I want all to have full customization for blog. I searched all over my adminpanel and cant find where i can enable this. any ideas?

Im looking to give the members the "customize blog style" option.
