vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Adding Icon in front of user if they are in a usergroup

I have it set up currently that if a user is in a Radio Team usergroup, they have a little icon (headphones) in front of their name. I did this through HTML. I want to know if there is a way to put this in front of ALL users in this usergroup, instead of members who just have it as their display usergroup.

For example, I would like some people with Administrator as their display group to also have those headphones if they are in the Radio Team group. Any ideas???
