I have done a search for this for borders..and I don't know what else to search for.

I have an issue that I having in vBulletin 4.1.12..We did an upgrade and we ended up with these borders thingsaround subforms and subscribe to threads..It's messed up and wondering if anyone could help me ge this to normalThank you in advance & apologize if I posted in wrong section.

I have included a screen shot to understand what I'm speaking about.
