A generic server error really isn't enough to go on.

One thing you could check is to manually disable vBSEO (if you have it installed) via the vBSEO dashboard. Disabling hooks sometimes doesn't fully disable vBSEO. You could also try temporarily clearing any .htaccess files in your forum or root directory.

If those things don't work, I'd just consult your hosting company.
