Extremely important task. <Creating vBulletin forums with same user database>

How do I create another vBulletin specifically vBulletin 4.1.11 with the same user database only. I only need it so that they don't have to register again. But they have to be two different vBulletin forums. I plan to make each vBulletin forum with different products.
