It's always good to change up the titles of posts, also a good search tool

and may increase post in another thread.

How about adding usergroup permissions
and usercp setting allow the user to turn On or Off
Once the usergroup permission is set have an option for the default to be On or Off

Improvement would be to have something similar for Blogs
