Here is the MOD I followed to customize my Tabs/Navbar.

I have successfully done so on my page.

However, I am not trying to add a new tab, what I am trying to do is add another link the the existing tabs of Home, Forum, Blog to where I can have the link

<li><a href="payments.php">Subscribe<a></li>

at the end of every navbar.
