I have searched this forum for a couple hours and can't seem to find where I can add a navbar link to my tabs.

I have a Paid Subscription website, and I would like to add a "Subscriptions" link to the payments.php page on my Home, Forum, and Blogs navigation tabs respectively.

I have read and the How to Create a New Nav Tab thread, and have successfully applied new tabs, but I am curious as to how to add new links to the navbar under existing tabs.
