On 4.1.10 I had issues with the sidebar not staying collapsed. I went through and disabled all of my Hacks individually and added them back on one by one checking them and I only had the issue with ESB. Did so to figure out of there was conflicts with other Mods.

Right now after upgrading to 4.1.11 PL1 I don't get the side bar showing at all, not even the vBuletin default one. When I disable just ESB, I get the default vBuletin showing at least

You need to follow the installation steps
Installation:


1. Download plugin. If you are using vb4.1.11 or above download the "cssrollup_everywhere_sidebar.xml" and upload "cssrollup_everywhere_sidebar.xml" to /includes/xml directory.

2. Login to your vBulletin admincp.

3. Open "Plugins & Products", and go to "Manage Products".

4. Click on "[Add/Import Product]".

5. Import the product-everywhere_sidebar_xxx.xml file that you download. Make sure you set "allow overwrite" to "yes". Also if you are updating the product you need to disable then enable the product to let the product knows about the "cssrollup_everywhere_sidebar.xml".
