This is vBulletin.org, not vBulletin.com. This is a volunteer run site for vBulletin modification. Official support can be found on
vBulletin.com.
Second, this is not a pre-sales issue.
My advice is that emails can be blocked as spam and never delivered to support. You are much better off logging into
www.vbulletin.com, going to the customer area, and opening a support ticket via the web form- that way you know it gets delivered and you will get the ticket id you can reference if you don't get a timely response- but you will get a timely response.
