I agree but they are not being helpful at all (typical Godaddy support). I need to move to a better host but at this time the site is down and I need to get it up and running first.
I checked the log and it seems the last update was at 2.15 AM and after that there has been no transactions. They claim nothing was changed on their end.
Anyone run into anything like this?

Update: I called them again and got the same run around. The guy actually started talking about redirects to which I told him he has no clue what he is talking about as this seems like a user permission issue. I said its is time for me to move to a new host and hung up.
The site started working magically in 10 minutes.
I will be looking at other options for my hosting needs and I would suggest that others stay away from Godaddy. They have the worst support.
