Oh I understand - I'd done a bit of work on a women-oriented forum before and respected the fact that some privacy within the community is paramount to say.... clicks on advertisements LOL --- So yes - allow a comfort level which your members expect and it should be good, as afterall - it is the members which make the community

As for the homepage layout = I'm not a fan of the vBulletin CMS - I think it looks clunky, chunky and in need of a design monkey to ............. redesign it :P
