I have Seven Skins Image Resizer installed and it used to work great but now I noticed it's just cutting the image off. I thought it was just that the image resizer wasn't working so I disabled my plugin/hook system entirely expecting that the image would then be full size and make the width of the site huge. Turning the plugin system off did not resolve the issue.

I'm assuming that the problem has to do with my PHP build or Apache configuration. Unfortunately, the old server is no longer available for comparison.

What can I do to troubleshoot? I've tried it in different browsers and different PCs so I'm sure it's the server.

So I downloaded the Seven Skins Image Resizer mod again and it's now resizing but when you blow the image up to "full size" it just cuts the image off. Here's the post in question:
