As for the install instruction, you will need to reinstall all vbExperience plugins. In this case "VSa_Paypal_Donate.xml".

It's already renamed to "All Points for posts" and "Points for posts". That "All" means this is the category.
There is no need to talk about the seperation threads and posts, that makes really sense. If you don't need one of them, disable it by setting its points to 0.
