For anyone else reading this: there appears to be a compatibility bug with 4.1.11 which will be looked into. As the reason for this bug isn't known there's no ETA but this does not have any documented impact to the forum [other than causing the mod not to show].

Could you please explain how to edit the template (the postbit_legacy right?). Can you post an instruction how to manual do template editing. This might be the cause. I will test it.
