How are you everyone =)

I found a great mod not in vbulletin.org, and it worked perfect in vb 4.1.10, I don't know what you call this mod in English but this photo will clear it xD

As you can see it's in Arabic, anyway the problem is that mod show under the header and I want to change it place, and the coder give zero support for questions, so can you help me and tell how can I move it?

Note: I search and did my best but couldn't do it, the result of all I did that I find the template named " mwa_ehda_last " which contain only this " $mwaehdalast " if I remove it the mod wont show anymore =)

I really would be happy if someone could help me
