vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Superadmin cannot see "user rank manager" in ACP

In the user manual I have read that under "user ranks" there should be two buttons: "Add New User Rank" and "User Rank Manager". For some reason neither the super admin nor other admins can see the button "User Rank Manager". Does anyone know how to fix this?
