Ive added 2 screenshots, all my plugins are disabled via config. It is only present in your styles.

Note: the same applies to your Take5 theme.

I am sorry but we cannot recreate your problem. Our template doesn't contain any hacks that would cause such an abnormality. All our and clients boards that we are aware of are running smoothly, even with the older version of the template.

There must be something (template edit and/or hack) on your board that breaks the chooser. Maybe you could give us a url to take a quick look?
