When viewing a section for example here - http://www.midwiferyonline.co.uk/content/137-financial

Is there a way to order the articles and stick them at the top?

I.e I the section which I've linked to, I would like those articles *stickied* so if I post another article it won't show above them but under them?

And another thing is on the navigation how can I make it so the subsections are automatically shown expanded so you don't have to click on the little + to be able to view the subsections?
