I was using this in conjunction with (Modcp Option) hack - moderation of new user registrations under version 4.1.10, on upgrade to that version the notifications for that other hack stopped working, once I disabled advance post (lite) all my notifications started working again for user moderation.

For information - I had notifications for Advanced Post Thanks switched off though it made no difference to the status of the notifications for the other hack when I switched them back on again. Unfortunately I can't live without my mods running new user registrations without admincp access so this had to go.
