Actually, since what they want requires modifying the code, they would just be sent back here if they contacted support.

Users may have individual blogs. You could have one user invite all the other users in the group to post in his Blog, but he can't invite a usergroup. I think what you want may require modifying the code.

Albums are also for individuals, not groups. Again, you will need to modify the code if you want only one album for a whole group.

In fact, looking at all your wants, I think you will need to modify the code a bit. The Forums are makde more for individuals to be able to post, not really to have a group post. Groups can certainly have their own forums where only they may post though.
