To my knowledge we have not changed anything that should impact the encoding. You're only the second person to report this, the first person was more open to changing their encoding and we're still waiting to hear back from them to find out if that helped.

Meanwhile, we have dozens of people using all kinds of foreign language charsets that have not reported any issues thus far.

Unfortunately at this time there's nothing more I can do
