When enabling this product I'm getting this error:

Warning: require_once([path]/packages/dmactivitystream/profileblock.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in [path]/member.php(500) : eval()'d code on line 39

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/web/sites/marketinst/forextips.com/forums/packages/dmactivitystream/profileblock.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear') in /web/sites/marketinst/forextips.com/forums/member.php(500) : eval()'d code on line 39

Any suggestions?

I've re-downloaded the add-on reinstalled it and tried several different things. I'm running vBulleting 4.1.0 Patch Level 2 right now.
