Since migrating from server I have a very strange problem in the forum, users can not be placed avatars, avatars disappeared from the CMS, and there are lots of options BLOCKED all that are not activated by the write permissions on the FTP.

Here biene good, all directories on the FTP are with 755 and files 644 are therefore configured correctly and not where the problem is, I have hired a VPS webfusión and very ... %&@# Say it is not their problem.
