I am using vB 3.1.8 at gunclan.com

I am trying to remove my custom navigation bars (directly under my header).

I have a module with navigation from vBadvanced (v3.1.2) for the front page but I was going to use the vB navbar for all of the other pages of the FORUM.

Heres the problem:

I have the bar that shows the FORUM title and the Welcome/Logout block but NOT the LINK bar.

Anyone know how to get that back? And where to customize it?
