Hello, Im Tryin To Make A Pop Up Window And Put Something On It....The Only Problem Is I Need It To Be User selectable In The User CP...If They Select NO...No Popup When They Start The Site...If They Select Yes..The Popup Will Show When They Start The Site....This Dont Seem To Advance But Is Extremly Complicated For Me...

Can Some One PLEASE Help Me Out With This....It Would Be Greatly Apprecieated..
