Is there a Mod or something that when a mod deletes something, the mod has to check a box defining the reason for the deletion (such as "Violation of Terms of Service" etc.) and an automatic PM is generated informing the author of the reason for the deletion.

The closest I saw was an 'Auto-PM mod but it's in the graveyard.
