Maybe:
UPDATE table SET option = REPLACE (option, 'off', 'on')

You must change the table/Option/on-off-field to your database-fields (dont know which this hack use)

How do you do that? I'm at 3120/8000

This would save me like 5 hours. Where can I find this option. Is it done from Settings?

I'm an amateur at this. Please guide me.
