By far the best playlist music for members profiles is using the mod here: User Playlist Flashwidgetz.com

It is free to sign up and members can add unlimited songs to their playlist. The mod has great features! It even has a built in video player for songs that have related videos.

It allows me to have this style of playlist inside my VB site:
