Can anyone help please?

Loaded 4.1.10 twice now...yet the editor buttons do not show!
They are being read, as there is no red cross in their place holders, however just not showing!!!
I also see that they are now .png and not gifs anymore...is that it?

Update:
I removed all mods and other styles...still no change!
Reloaded VB 4.1.10 AGAIN and no change WTF???
