vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Admincp - plugin.php blank after upgrade

Just upgraded from 4.1.8 to 4.1.10 and everything seems to be fine but when going to the admincp and clicking on manage plugins I get a blank page, even when viewing the source it's completely blank. I re-uploaded the file and still nothing.

Any thoughts???
