um there is a file you can get from Vb.com i think. Called get admin. Upload it then you can access the Admin CP if they have changed your password. Not sure about the admin file.

I just went to your site and this error appeared

It might be that you have installed a hack or edited some code wrong in that file. Have yo uinstalled any recently? or changed the global.php file at all. From what this is saying it is not the admin file.
