Good point - I have a Netgear router that's 10 years old and it uses 0.1. I found this list:
http://www.techspot.com/guides/287-d...-ip-addresses/ , apparently it varies by manufacturer. But of course it doesn't matter because you can't connect to the router through that address from the internet, and if someone has access to your network they know what the gateway address is.
