Change Default Text Color

Hi,

Need some help, i've tried multiple forum searches of how to change the default text color or editor background to no avail e.g adding stuff to additional.css or editor.css

Here is my problem:

As said in the screenshot, anyway to change default color from white to black? or just change the background.
