have this very frustrating thing happening in my forum

Everything is hacked and custom, this is how I bought it. Im slowly cleaing it up but I really cant get my head around this:

User posts an application for staking and it works fine:

Then, when an application is approved.. all posts within the tread throw out the HTML tags:

http://www.getastake.com/forum/showthread.php?t=23074

its even doing it for administrators replies.... please help! My forum is getting messy
