vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Limit user registration to US IP addresses only?

My site is based around the US only. I am having alot of scammers from Europe and the Middle east sign up and post nonsense. Is there anyway I can limit registration only to people based in the US perhaps through their IP address or something?

I am running the latest version of VB.
