Currently only the administration power groups could access the forum when they are closed.

It would be nice if some one creates a plugin so that selected usergroups can view the forum even when its closed. This could help a lot for admins if they wish to discuss some thing when the forum is closed for regular users.

Promoting each usergroup to admin powered group is pretty dangerous.
