A y/n option to suffix the title with the date would be greatly appreciated (from my perspective), and I think prove to be a valuable feature for this mod.

For now, I'll keep this mod tagged... if I was to use it, I'd have to edit the newly posted thread title to include the date, so may as well just start the new thread myself.

Our site runs a "Weekend Update" thread for members to post brief notes about progress on their various projects... it helps keep a community feel to our site.
If someone comments on a post to an previous weeks thread, it would not be immediately obvious which is the current weeks thread if a date suffix in the title is not present.

Thanks for your efforts... this is a great little mod, and I'm surprised that it is not used by more.
