I have since realized that we maybe thinking of two different "Welcome boxes" I did in fact successfully remove what I have learned to be the default one. More specifically I am trying to alter or remove this one. Is this a vBulletin welcome message or should I be contacting the theme owner support? (completevb)



As you can see there is a grammar mistake by default...
