All text in vb is in 'phrases' to make translating easier. Go to AdminCP>Languages and Phrases>Search phrases for a part of the test and you should find it. Edit it.

PS Don't bump so quick. Three days is reasonable, three hours will just piss people off and won't be effective anyway.
