Importing a product via the admincp NEVER installs core files on your server, it's purely the front end stuff and templates. Uploading files to your server is done the same way you added your forum software to your server!, thats your problem, you dont have any of the core files to run the product installed.

Download FileZilla, it's easy to use and free.

If you want help you can PM me and we'll discuss it privately where i should be able to upload the files for you.
