P,S I made the font diffrent so anyone trying to awnser would be able to see the main question. Just like you made the file directions a dif font!!
If the nav tab is showing, but it only shows a very small dropdown like this...


Go to ACP->Application Forms->Application Types and edit the application type. Make sure 'This Application Type is Active' is set to 'Yes'. And, that your usergroup is set in Allowed Usergroups.
