vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Anyway to restrict registration to North American IP addresses/emails only?

I have a problem with people signing up for my board from across the world and posting up ads for fake chanel purses. So my question is is there any way to restrict new users to North America only, possibly by IP address or Email? I have the most recent Vbulletin.
