thank you for your reply, yes I cannot seem to find it
All my mods are disabled and its from a back up from a few years ago and I cannot remember how or where I added the button to the WYSIWYG as there is no BB Code in AdminCP set.
I'm thinking its left behind some code when I uninstalled a mod.

Any other Ideas ( Screenshot for more of an explanation)
