If you see something like {vb:rawphrase message_deleted_by_x, ... then you need to translate the phrase message_deleted_by_x (using the Phrase Manager), or else just replace it with the text you want to display.

To translate the phrase, use "Search in Phrases" and enter some of the text in the Search for Text box, then click on "Edit" next to the phrase you want to change.
