You probably used an unsupported URL. Because Youtube uses so many, it's often necessary to track down the original and use that.

e.g.: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VAetv...37YTAAAAAAAAAA might not work. So I go watch the video and click the "share" button and it gives me http://youtu.be/VAetv47b-Eg which does work.
