Some extra info for you....
The header in vBulletin is located in admincp->styles &templates->edit templates->header. The header in WordPress is typically located in header.php in your theme directory.
You will need to make sure you close out any tags that might have been closed out through other includes for theme/style structure. That really just depends on the design of your theme/style. For example, some WordPress headers leave open tags which are later closed in the page or footer includes. Don't expect to just copy the header and not make any changes to the existing code because you may have to.
You will also need to either reference the style sheet or add any css to the receiving platform's stylesheet. Same goes for image and file references used in the headers.
If you are trying to load content from one platform's database to another (example:vBulletin member stats in a WordPress header), then it becomes more complicated.
