Hi,

I upgrade my forum from 4.1.0 patch level 1 to 4.1.9 patch level 1 yesterday, But i have a big problem now.

non of the users can login to forum even me (admin), when I or users try to login to forum the below error occurs:

Wrong username or password. You have used up your failed login quota! Please wait 15 minutes before trying again. Don't forget that the password is case sensitive. Forgotten your password? Click here!

please help me
