Amember support fixed the new users registering as COPPA so now I just need to see if there is an easier way to 'batch' change the current users to "no".

Nevermind - I'm sorry I just can't wait I paid my 14 yr old to sit and manually change them all. Though I'm sure others may find the script useful I did see other posts where this happened at vbulletin.com.
